We have added multiple multi-factor authenticator options to Cybrance including
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Google Authenticator
- Twilio Authy
- Duo
- Okta
- To set up your authenticator of choice, first click on your name found in the upper right-hand corner of the platform and navigate to Update 2FA/MFA.
- Under current settings, set the Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to “True”
- Set the choice of 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) to “Authentication App”
- Download your Authenticator of choice from the links on the screen and scan the QR code.
- Logout and Login and you will be asked for a new code. Enter the code from the authenticator you registered.
- Administrators can audit user MFA status from Administrator > Users
