Activating a new customer/location/department in Cybrance

In order to conduct an assessment in the QBR or GRC modules you will first need to activate your customer.  This can be done in the KAM, QBR, or GRC modules.


1. Navigate to your customer you want to activate.  The easiest way to filter to your company is to use the filters and search for your client by name (minimum 3 letters).




2. To activate the client, you will need to activate the customer. 


3. Once activated, click on IT Review which will then allow you to select your templates and begin building your customer experience.



4. Select your templates
